At Smart Space, we strive to create a seamless real estate experience by offering property buying and selling assistance, property investment consultancy, rental management, interior design services, and documentation support—all under one roof.

We are expanding our team and looking to fill the following positions:

1. Tele caller – Lead Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Contact prospective clients from our database of leads to understand their real estate requirements.

Provide information on available properties and services.

Schedule appointments for property viewings and connect leads with the field team.

Maintain and update records of interactions with leads.

Qualifications & Skills:

1-3 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role, preferably in the real estate field.

Strong communication skills in English.

Persuasive and customer-focused approach.

Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office.
