Role: Techno commercial Executive

1 Field Sales

o Territory ownership: Minimum

60% of issues to be handled

independently without

escalation to management

o Minimum 20 number of plant

and field visits per month

o Dealer Handling:

Business Development & Sales

Planning

o Next quarter sales plan to be

updated and sent for approval

within last 2 weeks of the

quarter

o Weekly and monthly sales

forecasts to be up-to-date on

regular basis

o Competitor analysis report to

be prepared once per month

o Minimum 3 number of active

leads to be converted per

month / per quarter

o Revenue growth target of 30

% per quarter for the

assigned accounts

o New product sales: minimum

3 per quarter

3 Reporting

o Weekly and monthly status

reports to be sent out on

Fridays and last working day

of the month respectively

o Updating the management

regarding the competitor

strategy

o Highlight sales on weekly basis.

B. Sc / M. Sc (Biochemistry / Alcohol / Sugar Technology) from a

reputed university / institution

Experience:

At least 3-4 years experience in the Sugar and Alcohol industry

Minimum 4 months experience in conducting trials,
