Job Description

🚨 urgent hiring – technical support representative 🚨

📍 location: jaipur (work from office – wfo only)

🕒 work schedule:

days working with rotational shifts (majorly night shifts)

hours/day including 1 hour break

rotational week-offs

cabs available for odd hours (50% cost borne by employee)

💰 salary & benefits:

graduate + fresher: ₹32,000 (₹28,800 ctc + ₹3,200 pli)

graduate + 1 yr exp: ₹34,000 (₹30,600 ctc + ₹3,400 pli)

ug + 1 yr exp: ₹34,000 (₹30,600 ctc + ₹3,400 pli)

✅ requirements:

graduate / ug + 1 year minimum experience

excellent communication skills

good technical aptitude

flexibility to work in rotational & night shifts

no leaves in the first 3 months (except weekly offs)
