Designation: Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Executive

Experience: 1-3 years experience in sales for Instrumentation/ Electrical Products

Position 2 Male ( each at Mumbai and NCR)

Job Description:

Develops strategic approach, business plan and market position for companys portfolio (CCTV System, Public Address System, EPABX and Fire Detection and Alarm System).

Business Development through key accounts - End user and EPCs for Oil & Gas, power, steel, Fertilizer and chemical Handling Industries. Communication System in Smart city vertical through Master System Integrator.

Steering business development efforts across India, developing & executing effective marketing plans for a wide range of products designed to assure achievement of agreed-to volume, market share and profit objectives.

To work with end users & consultants of key verticals to understand the requirement, proposing the specifications till sales closure.

Build strong pipeline and meet committed forecast for the month, quarter- & year.

Design of new business processes based on client requirements, conduct user review sessions, Stakeholder meetings, lead process improvement and process re-engineering discussions.

Mapping clients requirements and providing them best business solutions involving evaluation and definition of scope of project and finalization of project requirements.

Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major accounts, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by monitoring post sales activities.

Working closely with clients, studying existing systems, requirements, & processes, build and implement strategies with Technical team.

Negotiating Contracts and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
