Store Supervisor

- Monitor daily stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.

- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

- Maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system

- Supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse staff including pickers, packers, loaders, and inventory clerks.

- Assign tasks and ensure timely execution of daily operations.

- Provide training and performance feedback to team members.

- Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and dispatching of customer orders.

- Monitor order processing to meet delivery timelines and customer satisfaction.

- Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and hygiene standards in the warehouse.

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and logistics regulations.

- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions.

- Liaise with transportation and last-mile delivery teams to ensure seamless order handoffs.

- Address delivery-related issues and coordinate for timely resolutions.

- Prepare daily/weekly reports on inventory status, manpower utilization, and order fulfillment metrics.

- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance checks.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.

- Implement best practices in warehouse and logistics operations.

- Coordinate with customer service for order-related issues and reverse logistics.

- Ensure prompt handling of return orders and damaged goods.
