Job Description

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with clients' business objectives, focusing on brand visibility, audience growth, and engagement across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and others.

- Conduct audience research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring to inform content planning and campaign development.

- Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content across various social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and interactive content.

- Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce visually appealing and brand-consistent content.

- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Foster a positive and engaging community of followers and advocates for the brand on social media platforms.

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X, focusing on achieving the highest possible ROI.

- Utilize social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social to schedule and monitor campaigns.

- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) like engagement rates, reach, and conversions, using analytics tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights.

- Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.

- Proactively identify opportunities to leverage new platforms and tools to enhance brand engagement.

- Work closely with other departments within the agency (., creative, brand management) to ensure integrated and cohesive campaigns.
