K9HR SOLUTIONS is Looking For Social Media Manager As Follows:

Key Responsibilities:

o Develop and manage a social media content calendar aligned with marketing

objectives and the core brand narrative.

o Create engaging and narrative-driven content (captions, posts, stories, basic

Reels/videos) primarily in Gujarati.

o Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,

YouTube, and manage/optimize Google My Business (GMB) profiles for all

stores.

o Actively monitor all social media channels for comments, messages, and

reviews, responding promptly and professionally in line with brand voice.

o Set up, manage, and optimize hyperlocal paid advertising campaigns (Meta

Ads, Google Ads) within allocated budgets to drive store walk-ins and

franchise leads.

o Collaborate with the Graphic Designer for high-quality visual assets and

provide clear creative briefs.

o Track social media KPIs, analyze performance, and generate regular reports

with insights and recommendations.

o Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing

best practices relevant to the local Gujarati market.

o Coordinate with store managers/franchisees for local content and promotion

updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

o Proven experience in social media management and content creation,

preferably for retail or F&B brands targeting a Gujarati audience.

o Excellent Gujarati copywriting and communication skills (written and verbal).

Proficiency in English is also required.

o Hands-on experience with managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

(especially for local businesses and lead generation).

o Proficiency in using social media management and scheduling tools.

o Experience with Google My Business optimization and management.

o Basic graphic design and video editing skills (., Canva, mobile editing apps

for quick content) are highly desirable.

o Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.
