Job Description

Were looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Executive (Fresher) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, edit, and post content (photos, videos, reels, stories) on social media platforms

- Spot and apply trending formats, hashtags, and audio for maximum reach

- Understand platform algorithms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) to optimize content

- Assist in running and monitoring basic ad campaigns

- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas

- Engage with followers and manage comments/messages

- Work in a fast-paced, agile environment

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

- Basic content editing skills (using apps like Canva, CapCut, InShot, etc.)

- Familiarity with trends, reels, memes, and viral content strategies

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
