- Install, configure, and test computer systems, servers, and communication devices at client sites.

- Set up network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

- Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues and resolve them efficiently.

- Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients.

- Conduct periodic preventive maintenance for IT hardware and communication systems.

- Ensure timely upgrades of software, firmware, and security patches.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and concerns.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.

- Maintain detailed service reports, installation logs, and maintenance records.

- Report recurring issues to the development or product teams for long-term resolution.

- Manage spare parts, tools, and equipment inventory for on-site services.

- Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.

- Ensure data protection and cybersecurity compliance while handling client systems.

- Provide technical guidance and training to end-users when required.

- Stay updated on the latest technologies in computer hardware, software, and communication systems.

- Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Participate in internal meetings to improve service processes and quality.

- Be available for urgent support calls and on-call service rotations as needed.

- Handle critical system downtimes and escalate issues appropriately.
