Job Description

We are looking for a Diploma/Graduate holder in Biomedical Engineering with 3-5yrs in Service Coordination.

Job Roles:

- Managing a team of customer service employees.

- Maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.

- Offering excellent customer service.

- Displaying extensive product knowledge.

- Overseeing the work of every employee in your team.

- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and reporting findings to the staff.

- Handling customer complaints brought to your attention.

- Coordinating regular meetings/training sessions with the team.

Preference will be provided to candidate with experience in Hospital administration / customer service in Biomedical industry
