Job Description

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

- Generate reports on revenue, costs, and profitability of sanitation product lines.

- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Supervise the maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all entries.

- Oversee reconciliation of balance sheet accounts including bank, inventory, receivables, and payables.

- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

- Analyze historical trends and business performance to support long-term planning.

- Monitor inventory transactions and perform cost accounting for sanitation products.

- Work closely with supply chain and production teams to ensure accurate product costing and stock valuation.

- Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and statutory regulations.

- Prepare financial documentation for internal and external audits.

- Implement and improve internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.

- Review and approve journal entries, invoices, reconciliations, and payroll records prepared by junior staff.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accountants and finance staff.

- Oversee vendor payments and client billing processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.

- Manage account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with vendors and customers.

- Coordinate with procurement, sales, logistics, and operations to ensure accurate financial integration across departments.

- Participate in product pricing strategies and cost optimization initiatives.
