Job Description

field sales & business development:

conduct regular field visits to prospective and existing clients, retailers, or partners within the assigned territory.

identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.

effectively present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.

negotiate sales terms, prepare quotations, and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.

build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

market research & analysis:

gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging market trends in the nashik region.

provide valuable feedback from the field to the sales and marketing teams to help refine strategies and product offerings.

marketing & brand promotion:

execute on-ground marketing activities and promotional campaigns as directed by the marketing team.

ensure effective placement and visibility of marketing materials (., brochures, posters, product displays) at client locations or retail points.

participate in local events, trade shows, or exhibitions to promote the brand and generate leads.

reporting & documentation:

maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using the company's crm system.

prepare and submit timely sales reports, expense reports, and other required documentation.

track individual sales performance against targets and kpis.

customer service & support:

address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent after-sales support to ensure high levels of customer retention.

coordinate with the customer service or technical teams for specialized assistance when required.
