Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sales Generation (Shahada Focus):

Identify and pursue new sales leads within the Shahada region through various methods including direct outreach, networking, referrals, and local market research.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in Shahada and surrounding areas.

Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, tailoring the content to the specific needs of the local market.

Effectively handle objections and negotiate terms to close sales deals.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals within the Shahada territory.

Manage and organize sales activities within the assigned territory for maximum efficiency.

Marketing Activities (Local Adaptation):

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, adapting them to resonate with the local audience in Shahada.

Conduct local market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities in the region.

Coordinate and participate in local marketing events, trade shows, and community activities to enhance brand visibility.

Assist in creating marketing materials (flyers, brochures, social media content) tailored for the Shahada market, ensuring language and cultural relevance.

Utilize digital marketing channels to reach the local audience effectively.

Gather feedback from the local market to inform marketing strategies and product development.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients in the Shahada region.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Market Analysis and Reporting (Shahada Insights):

Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance in the Shahada region.

Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads generated, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
