Job Description

We are looking to hire Sales Marketing & BDM profile candidate, Details are as below:

Main target products for sales:

• Polyvinyl Chloride Resin (PVC Resin)

• Ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA)

• Polypropylene

• LDPE

• Titanium dioxide (TiO2) , Zinc Oxide, Dicumyl peroxide (DCP)

• PVC Compounds

Responsibilities / JD :

1. Managing the sales operations & developing new clients for industrial raw material used in plastics/polymers industry.

2. Contacting prospective clients, enhance the business by generating business from new clients achieving consistent profitability.

3. Managing the inventory as per customers forecast

4. Attending trials at customer's premises and get the product satisfaction to the client.

5. Shall be responsible for day to day sales operations ranging from client meetings, inquiry, quotations, trials, negotiations, order finalization and collections for customers in assigned regions.

6. Regular Follow up for the payments.

7. Survey and collect market information, competitor's pricing and source of material information.

8. Managing timely order fulfilment and logistics coordination with transporters.

9. Managing Customer conflicts and client retention.

10. Stay in touch with existing customers for repeat orders

11. Take part in market development through e mailers, phone calls, scheduling appointments, cold calls to get new customers.

12. Achieve individual sales targets set at the beginning of the year.

13. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be an achiever and go-getter.
