Job description

Meetings with potential clients

Negotiate/close deals & handle complaints

Job involves visit target customers on regular basis direct customers, architects, builders, electrical consultants, interior designers & electrical contractors for promotion & Sales of the products.

Identifying the areas from where company will generate business

Identifying the customers in the shortlisted areas

Identifying the on-going and upcoming projects in the given areas

Identifying the key persons from customer's office and projects

Giving introduction about our company and its products to the customers

Submission of quotation, samples and preform invoice

Negotiation with the key persons as per our agreed terms and conditions

Getting approval of our products from the key persons at customer office or architects/pmc office

Getting purchase orders and advance payment as per our mutual agreed terms and conditions

Submission of purchase order to company's sales coordinator

Getting information about the ordered material availability from sales coordinator or factory concerned person

Getting balance payment as per our mutual agreed terms and conditions

Getting satisfactory report of the material being delivered at the site/project from the concerned person
