- for guidance, supervision and control over the agent /im under his/ her hierarchy in respect to their life insurance business.

- for the quality of life insurance policies sourced by the agent /im under his/ her hierarchy.

- vicariously responsible for all the acts of omission and commission by the agent /im under his/ her hierarchy.

b. job specifications:

- graduate (10+2+3) / post graduate or equivalent

- minimum 1-7 years of work experience in sales development role

- experience in the life insurance industry / any other industry in sales role is necessary

- local area candidates having the knowledge of potential market will be preferred

age 24 -36years

- responsible for recruitment and management of agents - identify, recruit and manage advisors.

- train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products.
