experience -10 years in building material sales

qualification: bachelor’s degree in any science (./ .), and mba in marketing.

salary - 10 lacs per annum

desired profile: the candidate must have the required qualifications and experience in handling maintaining architect/

customer relationships, tracking sales data, and creating performance reports (independently) in previous organisations.

desired experience:

- knowledge of modern marketing techniques,

- must have worked in the building material industry preferably fenestration,

- must have been a consistent employee in the previous organizations.

job description:

- achievement of set target for a financial year,

- contributing to the development of marketing strategies.

- conducting market research on competitor products, discount policies, etc.

- coordinating with project management department and keeping the customer informed about their order via the

post-sales team,

- working with the territory’s sales team to develop sales strategies,

- engaging channel partners and their management,

- helping team members in closing orders and achieving their targets,

- ensuring timely preparation of offers and estimates by pre-sales team,

- answering client queries about product specifications and uses,

- maintaining architect and client relationships,

- learn and understand the product so as to gain in-depth knowledge of the same,

- creating and presenting sales performance reports in routine meetings,

- timely documentation and submission of sales reports, market matrix, etc.

- training own team members and delegation of own tasks to ensure successorship and individual,

- adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

required skill sets:

- excellence in ms office, ms excel, and marketing and sales software,

- must have knowledge of reading and interpreting cad drawings and plans,
