Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to individual team members, identifying areas for improvement and fostering their professional development to cultivate a high-performing team.

Motivate and inspire your team to achieve their full potential, fostering a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment.

Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for your team, analyzing data to identify trends and implement necessary adjustments to sales strategies for continuous improvement.

Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to company policies, and a client-centric approach.

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within the insurance carrier network to secure the best possible options for your clients.
