Key Responsibilities
Interacting with clients and writers through both voice (Phone Calls) and non-voice support (Email, Live Chat on the Website, Facebook Messages, WhatsApp chats).
Follow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing deals.
Successfully taking ownership of the Lead from allocation to conversion.
Contributing efficiently for different activities of Operations in a 24/7 and highly flexible environment.
Consistently performing well in understanding clients requirements, assigning projects, handling critical cases till their successful resolution.
Proactively resolving project requirements through the collaboration of the clients and writers.
Appropriate understanding of the Cost and Time Requirements of various Technical/Non-Technical Projects.
To work for client satisfaction from the beginning to the delivery of the final orders through Panel.
Understanding of online tutoring and academic content writing will be an added advantage.
Skills/Experience
Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience:
Graduation/ Masters in any specialized subject.
Maximum 1-4 years experience in handling business operations.
