Should have 2-5yrs of sales and marketing experience of Pharma and Healthcare ledge of Blood Bank, laboratory instruments and scientific equipment would be an advantage.
1) Actively seek out new sales opportunities through internal database, head hunting, cold calling, networking and social media.
2) Organizing appointments and meetings with Doctor and hospital-based healthcare staff. Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions.
3) Undertaking relevant market research for new possibilities and product information.
4) Assess client needs and set up meetings with them.
5) Negotiate/close deals and handle client problems, complaints or request. .
6) Attend sales meetings, conference calls, and training sessions.
7) Writing reports. Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
8) Collaborate with internal departments to ensure sales, marketing and logistics to ensure deliveries are handled efficiently.
