Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and engaging with potential customers, presenting our [products/services], and closing deals within the assigned territory, primarily in and around Nashik, Maharashtra. You'll be the face of our company, building strong client relationships and understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and research potential new clients within the assigned territory through various channels (., cold calling, networking, online research, field visits).

Generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline.

Schedule meetings and and presentations with prospective customers.

Client Engagement & Sales:

Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our [products/services] to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.

Understand customer needs and challenges to effectively tailor and propose solutions.

Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

Market Understanding:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in Nashik and the broader region.

Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer needs and market demands.

Reporting & Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system (., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance summaries.

Manage sales-related expenses within allocated budgets.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
