Job Description

Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and generate new sales leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research within the Nashik region.

Lead Management: Qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and nurture prospects to build a strong sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers in Nashik, understanding their needs and providing excellent service.

Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our [Specify Products/Services], including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate value to customers.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to individual customer needs.

Proposal Development: Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and quotations.

Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and conditions and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Territory Management (If applicable): Manage and develop a specific sales territory within Nashik, identifying key opportunities and developing strategic plans to maximize sales.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records, track sales activities, and provide regular reports and sales forecasts to the Sales Manager.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the Nashik region.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, technical support, and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales objectives.

Customer Service: Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team goals.
