Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow our incense stick business in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience handling distributors and retailers in the FMCG sector, preferably within the home or spiritual products category.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and retail partners for incense stick sales.
Ensure regular order generation, inventory rotation, and achievement of monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure sustained business.
Conduct market visits to track competitor activity, gather market intelligence, and improve retail presence.
Support distributors with schemes, promotions, and local marketing activities.
Coordinate with the internal team for timely dispatches, billing, and complaint resolution.
Monitor product visibility and availability at key retail outlets.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports and route plans to the Sales Manager.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in FMCG, preferably in incense sticks, dhoop, or other spiritual/home products.
Strong knowledge of retail distribution networks and channel sales.
Good communication skills in local language and basic English/Hindi.
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Ability to meet targets and work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Marketing preferred).
Experience in handling GT (General Trade) and working with distributors and stockists.
Familiarity with reporting tools and basic Excel/WhatsApp-based communication.
