• Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Engineers have high-impact, up-to-date support material.
• Handling customer calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing and technical events.
• Handling customer orders over phone, email, or mail and ensuring the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product codes.
• Feeding the customer orders in ERP system, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements.
• Making purchase orders against the customer orders and managing delivery related communication with the Principles and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Ensuring customers pay as per the agreed credit terms and coordinate with accounts team for recoveries.
• Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare MIS reports, and coordinating with Sales Engineers to ensure budget achievement
• Tele-Marketing and mailers highlighting the company's products and services to the potential customers.
• Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Responsible for managing import and export shipments, including all related tasks and follow-ups.
Qualification- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
