• helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all sales engineers have high-impact, up-to-date support material.
• handling customer calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing and technical events.
• handling customer orders over phone, email, or mail and ensuring the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product codes.
• feeding the customer orders in erp system, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements.
• making purchase orders against the customer orders and managing delivery related communication with the principles and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• ensuring customers pay as per the agreed credit terms and coordinate with accounts team for recoveries.
• developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare mis reports, and coordinating with sales engineers to ensure budget achievement
• tele-marketing and mailers highlighting the company's products and services to the potential customers.
• ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies.
• responsible for managing import and export shipments, including all related tasks and follow-ups.
