key responsibilities:

build and maintain strong client relationships

identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales

develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

provide excellent customer support and ensure client satisfaction

coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery

maintain reports and update crm systems with client interactions

skills required:

strong communication and presentation skills

ability to build trust and long-term client relationships

negotiation and persuasion skills

good knowledge of financial products / marketing strategies

proficiency in ms office and crm tools

team player with problem-solving ability

we seek candidate with good knowledge of financial products like mutual funds, insurance, portfolio management and nps (national pension scheme) etc.

knowledge of crm tools like zoho crm, leadsquared, freshsales is an added advantage.
