we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven recruitment specialist to join our team in the life insurance sector. the ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent��particularly insurance advisors, frontline sales professionals, and mid-level managers��who can contribute to the organization��s growth. this role requires strong networking skills, industry understanding, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
key responsibilities:
talent acquisition:
�source and recruit life insurance advisors, sales professionals, and support staff through various channels (job portals, social media, references, walk-ins, campus recruitment, etc.).
screening and selection:
�conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and coordinate with department heads to finalize the right fit for the role.
advisor recruitment:
�drive recruitment of insurance advisors (individual agents), including conducting opportunity presentations and r&r sessions.
onboarding:
�ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, including documentation, background verification, and orientation.
stakeholder management:
�liaise with zonal/branch managers and sales leadership to understand recruitment needs and provide timely hiring support.
recruitment campaigns:
�plan and execute local hiring events, job fairs, and recruitment drives to increase talent pool.
mis & reporting:
�maintain accurate hiring data, prepare weekly/monthly recruitment dashboards, and share insights with leadership.
employer branding:
�contribute to strengthening the organization��s employer brand through social media campaigns and engagement activities.
