The Manager Quality Assurance (.) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the entire Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all products, processes, and services consistently meet internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance. This leadership role involves building and mentoring a strong QA team, driving continuous improvement initiatives, conducting audits, and fostering a company-wide culture of quality. Responsibilities
Quality Management System (QMS) Leadership:
Develop, implement, and maintain the company's comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with relevant international standards (., ISO 9001, [mention industry-specific standards like IATF , GMP, ISO , AS9100, etc.]).
Establish and monitor key quality metrics and performance indicators (KPIs) to track QMS effectiveness.
Lead management reviews of the QMS, driving strategic improvements.
Team Management & Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality Assurance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs for team members.
Manage resource allocation within the QA department to meet operational demands.
Process Control & Improvement:
Oversee the implementation of robust quality control processes across all stages from raw material inspection to finished product release.
Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for all non-conformances, customer complaints, and audit findings.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and improve process efficiency.
Auditing & Compliance:
Plan and execute internal quality audits to ensure adherence to QMS procedures and regulatory requirements.
Manage external audits (., certification audits, customer audits) and ensure timely resolution of any findings.
Ensure all products and processes comply with relevant national and international regulations and statutory requirements.
Supplier Quality Management:
Develop and implement strategies for managing supplier quality, including supplier qualification, audits, and performance monitoring.
Collaborate with procurement to ensure incoming materials meet quality specifications.
Documentation & Reporting:
Oversee the creation, revision, and control of all quality-related documentation, including procedures, work instructions, quality manuals, and records.
Prepare and present comprehensive quality performance reports to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and strategic recommendations.
Customer & Stakeholder Liaison:
Serve as the primary contact for customer quality issues and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Production, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to integrate quality throughout the product lifecycle.
