1. Maintain records of goods ordered and received.

2. Prepare a PO (Purchase order) as per the requirement by store and production.

3. Prepare Purchase order and mailed to party and follow up with them.

4. Prepare a GRN (Good receiving note) as per gate inward number and verified by plant head.

5. Collect purchase bill from Store.

6. Submitted to GRN copy attached with invoice in account department.

7. Control Purchasing department Budgets.

8. Maintain stock inventory level; of store.

9. Analyze market and delivery systems order to assess present and future material availability.

10. Represent companies in negotiating contract and formulating policies with suppliers.

11. Searching new developers for varies row material and component, label and all type of material.

12. Minimum and maximum stock level on weekly basis.

13. Maintain a documentation of PO file, Chalan file.

14. Maintain Monthly Report.
