Site Project Incharge Cum Liasoning Officer

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

- Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, contractors, and laborers to ensure timely project progress.

- Monitor material usage, manpower deployment, and machinery utilization to avoid delays and wastage.

- Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines.

- Liaise with government departments, local authorities, and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and clearances (., building permits, fire NOCs, electricity, water, etc.).

- Coordinate with legal, environmental, and safety departments to ensure statutory compliance.

- Act as the point of contact between the company and external stakeholders, including municipal authorities, landowners, and utility service providers.

- Maintain site records including daily progress reports (DPR), work permits, inspection reports, and material inward/outward registers.

- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of liaisoning correspondences and approvals.

- Prepare project status updates and reports for senior management.

- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and third-party service providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

- Resolve site-level conflicts, escalate critical issues, and ensure seamless collaboration among all stakeholders.

- Support recruitment and deployment of site manpower as per project needs.

- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at the site.

- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and non-conformities.

- Report and rectify deviations to maintain construction quality and minimize rework.

- Assist in project planning, resource forecasting, and budgeting in coordination with the project manager.

- Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks and propose mitigation strategies.
