Project Manager

- Define project scope, objectives & success criteria, including design, treatment, pumping, reservoir and pipeline elements

- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, cash flows, and forecasts; monitor and adjust as needed

- Oversee engineering and technical aspects: water treatment plant design, pump station sizing, material specs, hydraulic modeling

- Manage quality assurance/control through site inspections, submittals, test plans, commissioning, and snag resolution

- Administer contracts: review submittals, RFIs, change orders, manage claims/disputes, and ensure contractual compliance

- Track expenditures vs. budget, process payments/invoices, maintain cost control, and manage procurement/subcontractors

- Maintain a risk register; proactively identify issues and implement mitigation strategies

- Provide regular progress, financial, and technical reports to stakeholders and governance/steering committees

- Manage cross-functional teamsengineers, site staff, subcontractors, consultantsand foster effective collaboration

- Mentor and develop team members; monitor performance, reinforce company culture, and lead lessons learned post-project

- Implement project governance: maintain document repositories, change control processes, ensure decision frameworks are followed

- Prepare and manage full project documentation: contracts, O&M manuals, as-built drawings, final reports, and close-out certificates
