main responsibilities:
1. management:
supervise and coordinate a team of 50 operators, including 2 team leaders
define objectives and priorities for each sector (metalwork, plastics, and decor)
evaluate performance and develop team skills
2. production:
supervise metalwork, plastics, and decor activities for signage manufacturing
optimize production processes in all three areas
insure compliance with deadlines, quality, and technical specifications
3. operational management:
plan production based on the order book
manage material resources, equipment, and supplies
insure first-level maintenance of manufacturing resources
insure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards
4. continuous improvement:
propose and implement technical innovations
participate in technological monitoring in the fields of metalworking, plastics, and decorative techniques
participate in target-cost design
optimize production costs
5. coordination and reporting:
liaise between the various production sectors
collaborate with the design, sales, and logistics departments
produce regular reports on the unit's performance
