Make the first contact call to every new lead from various sources (website, digital campaigns, direct inquiries, referrals, etc.)
Qualify leads based on key parameters like customer type commercial/industrial/Horeca), product interest, urgency, location, and budget.
Gather and log basic customer details such as name, company (if applicable), location, type of requirement, and potential scale
Assign qualified leads to the appropriate internal resource (sales engineer, branch, or dealer) based on territory or specialization
Track leads from initial contact through handover, ensuring timely follow-up and feedback
Manage leads coming in from multiple channels using CRM tools and maintain high data hygiene
Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to flag patterns, share insights, and refine lead targeting strategies
Prepare periodic lead status and conversion reports for management
