Job Description

Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and Bills of Quantities (BoQs) in coordination with the sales and technical teams.

Create and deliver professional presentations for client meetings, showcasing product/service offerings and customized solutions.

Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate pre-sales support.

Analyse client needs and propose suitable solutions, contributing to winning proposals.

Maintain updated knowledge of company products/services to support proposal preparation.

Ensure all documentation and data used in quotations and BoQs are error-free and up to date.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and support project estimations.
