File management of Director

Travel Management of Director

Scheduling events and meetings with the Director

Day to day co-ordination of important information from Directors' desk

MIS and data management for the Director

All administrative works related to the Director

Necessary payment of corporate and personal Bills on time

Assisting the Directors in letter drafting

Email management for the Directors

Follow Up of necessary details as required by the Directors

Excellent follow up skills

Good knowledge in MS word and excel, should also have sound knowledge in making power-point Presentations

Good command over English

Location Jorhat Assam (Food + Accommodation + Transportation Provided)

Salary Negotiable for deserving candidate.
