🔧 Key Responsibilities

💼 Operations & Administration

Oversee day-to-day running of the coaching centre

Manage class schedules, faculty coordination, student database, and office workflow

Ensure timely communication with students and parents

📢 Marketing & Promotions

Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns

Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for ad creatives

Handle Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads with clear ROI tracking

🧭 Counseling & Admissions

Guide walk-in and online students with course selection and career advice

Convert leads into admissions with strong follow-ups and relationship building

Maintain CRM and update student conversion reports

💻 Tech & Tools

Manage institute’s website, social media, and online test portals

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Canva, and social platforms

Coordinate with developers and vendors for digital operations

🤝 Team & Vendor Coordination

Lead the front office, support staff, and manage faculty needs

Liaise with print vendors, marketing vendors, and digital agencies

✅ Requirements

Excellent communication in Hindi & English (written + spoken)

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

2+ years of experience in operations/marketing/counseling preferred (education industry is a plus)

Passionate about education and student success
