Location: Nashik, Maharashtra, India (This role will involve significant field travel within Nashik and potentially surrounding areas to meet clients/customers.)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and enthusiastic Marketing Representative to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting marketing campaigns to drive sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong understanding of local market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Opportunity Identification:

Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive activities in the Nashik region.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and leads through various channels (., cold calling, networking, field visits).

Product/Service Promotion & Presentation:

Effectively present and promote our products/services to prospective and existing clients.

Conduct product demonstrations, explain features and benefits, and answer customer queries.

Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, samples) and participate in promotional events, trade shows, or roadshows.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Address customer concerns and feedback effectively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Support & Target Achievement:

Work towards achieving assigned sales and marketing targets and objectives.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to convert leads into successful sales.

Assist in negotiating terms of sales and service agreements.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback in CRM systems.

Prepare and submit regular reports on sales pipeline, market trends, and competitive intelligence to the Marketing/Sales Manager.

Campaign Support:

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives.

Gather feedback on campaign effectiveness from the field.
