responsibilities

identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (b2b, industrial clients).

maintain strong relationships with existing customer and win favourability of potential ones.

understanding client technical requirements and offer suitable engineering solutions.

prepare and present technical proposals and quotations.

support contract negotiations and deal closures.

keeping track of work status and communicate with clients.

collaborate with other departments to plan dispatch.

develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.

monitor market trends and consider demand-supply of materials to refine strategies.

qualifications

bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical/industrial/other related field); bba, mba or diploma in marketing is a plus.

0 - 3 years of sales/marketing experience within engineering or industrial sector

strong understanding of technical products and customer pain points.

excellent communication, negotiation, time-management and creativity skills

experience in industrial machinery or equipment manufacturing industry is preferred.
