roles and responsibilities

• talent acquisition

• talent pooling & sourcing of profiles/resumes/cvs

• conducting hr interview rounds for it roles

• conducting practical interview rounds for it roles

• candidate database maintenance & updation

• interview scheduling & follow-ups

• candidate evaluation & selection

• building a strategic recruitment network for the organization

• recruitment portal operation (naukri, monster, indeed, hirect, etc)

• role-requirements mapping

• successful vacancy closure/closing

• general talent acquisition activities
