As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for executing various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You'll serve as a key point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance on HR-related matters. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong understanding of HR best practices.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Coordinate and execute the full recruitment lifecycle, including preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements on various job portals and social media, and managing applicant responses.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers.
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other pre-joining formalities.
Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new hires, including induction, documentation, and system access setup.
HR Administration & Compliance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both physical and digital), ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Manage HR documentation such as employee personal files, leave records, attendance data, and performance appraisals.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations (., PF, ESI, Gratuity, Minimum Wages Act, etc.).
Assist in preparing various HR reports as required by management (., headcount, attrition, leave analysis).
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as a first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and general employment matters.
Assist in resolving employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and objective manner.
Organize and support employee engagement activities, events, and wellness programs to foster a positive work environment.
Facilitate internal communication related to HR initiatives and company updates.
Performance Management & Training Support:
Assist in the implementation and tracking of performance appraisal processes.
Help identify training needs and coordinate training programs or workshops for employees.
Payroll Input & Benefits Administration:
Collect and process monthly attendance and leave data for payroll input.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
Coordinate with external vendors for HR-related services (., background verification).
