job position - hr recruiter (female)

training location - kolhapur

training duration is 1 month and salary will be paid during in the training period.

this post is for a female candidate with recruitment & placement agency. the candidate should be a fresher/ experienced, interested to work in the placement and recruitment sector. the selected person will have to co-ordinate with the hr manager to generate vacancies and assisting in placement of candidates.

responsibilities and duties

• design and update job descriptions

• source potential candidates from various online channels (. social media and professional platforms)

• craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

• screen incoming resumes and application forms

• interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

• provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

• send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits

• monitor key hr metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire

• collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

• act as a consultant to new hires and help them on-board

• completing timely reports on recruitment activity
