We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Payroll & Compliance professional in FMCG Manufacturing Company to join our team in Baddi, . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and providing support to employees regarding payroll-related queries.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in compliance with local regulations.
Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
Maintain payroll records and prepare reports for management review.
Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure proper financial reporting of payroll expenses.
Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance and implement necessary changes.
Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and compliance matters.
Skills and Qualifications
4-5 years of experience in payroll processing and compliance.
Proficient in payroll software and systems (., SAP, ADP, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
