Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecyclefrom identifying staffing needs to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. This role plays a critical part in building a strong employer brand and ensuring we attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies.

Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.

Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews.

Coordinate and participate in interviews with candidates and hiring teams.

Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain candidate records.

Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers and candidates.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

Assist in employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or campus hiring events.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience (03 years) as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Knowledge of labor laws and hiring practices.

Preferred Skills:
