about the job

join shinepoints as a field sales executive and help retail shops grow with our reward points software. you will visit shops, explain the benefits, offer a free 1-month trial, and convert them into annual subscribers.

what youll do

visit 1015 shops daily in your assigned area (grocery, fashion, medical, electronics, etc.)

explain shinepoints benefits and onboard them to a free 1-month trial

follow up after 1 month to convert them to a 999/year plan

achieve monthly sales target (around 5062 shops, depending on salary bracket)

maintain relationships with shopkeepers for renewals & referrals

send daily updates to your manager (no daily office visits)

timings: 9 am 5 pm, mondaysaturday

mode: field job only

probation: 1 month full-time employment

travel allowance: 100/day

eligibility

education: 12th pass minimum (graduates preferred)

experience: freshers or <6 months experience welcome

language: good communication in regional language + basic english

salary & incentives

12th pass: 25,000/month (fixed) + incentives

graduate: 31,000/month (fixed) + incentives

incentives: 250/shop for every sale above target

example: 60 shops/month (target 50) = 2,500 extra + travel allowance
