- Supervise and coordinate solar panel installation projects across multiple locations.

- Act as the primary point of contact between field teams, clients, and project managers.

- Conduct pre-installation site visits to assess feasibility, take measurements, and evaluate technical requirements.

- Prepare and submit detailed site reports and documentation.

- Coordinate field staff and technicians, ensuring they are properly scheduled and equipped for daily tasks.

- Ensure timely delivery and availability of equipment, tools, and solar panels at project sites.

- Communicate with clients at installation sites to update them on project progress and resolve concerns.

- Maintain daily site progress reports, incident reports, and quality checklists.

- Provide regular updates to management on project milestones and any on-ground challenges.

- Ensure installations are done according to technical standards and company SOPs.

- Conduct inspections to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure field implementation aligns with technical drawings and plans.

- Train field staff on installation best practices, safety protocols, and company standards.

- Coordinate commissioning and handover procedures.
