HCM Functional Experience in any HR ERP like Workday, Oracle etc

Understanding of business processes of HCM module like Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll etc

Identify business requirements and HCM configurations and map them to ERP Module functionality.

Understanding of any ERP from Oracle Cloud , Workday or SAP is preferred

Experience in HCM Implementations, Testing and Upgrade Projects

Good communication, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
