Job Description

k9hr solutions is looking for e - commerce executive as follows:

we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented e-commerce executive to manage and grow our presence on amazon and flipkart. the ideal candidate will be experienced in managing seller accounts, optimizing product listings, handling campaigns, and ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction across both platforms.

key responsibilities:

amazon & flipkart marketplace management

manage day-to-day operations of amazon & flipkart seller accounts.

upload new products and maintain existing listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points, pricing, images).

monitor and improve product rankings using seo and keyword research.

manage fba (fulfilled by amazon) and flipkart smart fulfillment, if applicable.

inventory & order management

ensure accurate stock updates and sync with internal inventory.

coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order fulfillment and returns.

prevent stockouts and overstocking situations.

advertising & promotions

plan and manage ppc campaigns (sponsored ads) on both platforms.

run promotions, deals, coupons, and other sales-driving activities.

analyze campaign performance and optimize regularly.

customer service & feedback

monitor and respond to customer reviews, queries, and complaints.

manage returns, refunds, and resolve negative feedback professionally.

reporting & analysis

generate weekly/monthly sales, return, and inventory reports.

track key metrics like ctr, conversion rate, and acos (advertising cost of sale).

provide insights and strategies for sales growth and brand visibility.
