We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing professional to join our team in Panchkula, India. This role is focused on promoting our building materials through effective digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a passion for the building material industry, and a desire to drive results.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote building materials in the market.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media.

Create and curate engaging content for the company’s website, social media, and email marketing.

Analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the building material industry.

Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the building material or related industry.

Proficiency in SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and social media marketing tools.

Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.

Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM software.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills.
