Data Entry Operator

- enter and update data related to inventory, purchase orders, sales invoices, production batches, and raw materials into internal systems or erp software.

- ensure that all pharmaceutical data including product details, batch numbers, expiry dates, and stock levels are correctly recorded and regularly updated.

- clean and verify existing records to prevent duplication or errors.

- maintain digital and physical records of transactions, reports, and related documents as per company protocols and compliance standards.

- collaborate with departments like production, sales, purchase, and quality control for timely data collection and updates.

- assist in preparing basic reports by compiling data in excel or erp systems.

- work with erp systems, inventory management tools, or excel for data entry and report generation.

- perform daily backups of entered data and ensure data security protocols are followed.

- adhere to industry standards such as gmp (good manufacturing practice) and data confidentiality policies.

- review data for errors, correct inconsistencies, and report any quality issues to the supervisor.
