As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a key role in managing US operations and providing high-quality customer service to our clients based in the United States. Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer support to clients in the USA through various communication channels.
Manage inquiries related to logistics and shipping operations.
Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of services.
Maintain professionalism and a high level of customer satisfaction in all interactions.
Requirements:
Recent graduates with a BBA or MBA in Logistics and Shipping (or a similar field).
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Solid understanding of logistics and shipping principles.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Willingness to work night shifts (US Central Time).
Open to relocating to Hyderabad for the role.
