As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a key role in managing US operations and providing high-quality customer service to our clients based in the United States. Responsibilities:

€¢ Provide outstanding customer support to clients in the USA through various communication channels.

€¢ Manage inquiries related to logistics and shipping operations.

€¢ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of services.

€¢ Maintain professionalism and a high level of customer satisfaction in all interactions.

Requirements:

€¢ Recent graduates with a BBA or MBA in Logistics and Shipping (or a similar field).

€¢ Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).

€¢ Solid understanding of logistics and shipping principles.

€¢ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

€¢ Willingness to work night shifts (US Central Time).

€¢ Open to relocating to Hyderabad for the role.
