position overview
we are seeking energetic and detail-oriented customer support officers for our international non-voice process (us banking process). the ideal candidate will handle customer queries through chat and email, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions while maintaining superior service quality.
key responsibilities
manage customer interactions via chat and email, ensuring timely responses.
handle both inbound and outbound chats with a customer-first approach.
identify customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions.
record and track issues in the crm system with complete details.
follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure quality service.
escalate unresolved queries to appropriate departments as needed.
maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.
meet daily performance metrics such as response time, quality, and resolution rate.
preferred candidate profile
education: graduate in any discipline (freshers are welcome).
experience: 01 year (experience in bpo/customer service is a plus).
skills required:
strong command of written english.
excellent typing speed and accuracy.
strong attention to detail and customer-oriented attitude.
basic computer proficiency (ms office, email handling, crm tools).
work schedule: rotational night shifts (any 9-hour shift).
working days: 5 days a week (2 rotational week-offs).
mode of operation: work from office velachery, chennai.
